Synchronization

Implementation of a few synchronization primitives using atomics (with explicit memory order) and other techniques. Project uses CMake and cmocka. Simple tests can be run by $ docker-compose up --build command.

• Lock (mutex) using Futex with CAS (supports private Futex)
• Spinlock using TAS and TTAS
• Semaphore using mutex with conditional variable and spinning (atomics)
