- **Quest NPCs**: All service NPCs now offer starter quests for their respective skills
- **Combat Mechanics**: NPCs now support magic and ranged attack types with spell/arrow IDs
- **Held Weapons**: NPCs can display equipped weapons (staffs, bows, swords)
- **Dialogue System**: Complete dialogue trees with quest state overrides
