Temporarily disable any code related to upgrading an existing addon from insurance details as we for now only want to support removing one from this screen If only one of the options of removing/upgrading exists, we now show a simpler bottom sheet content which does not include an unnecessary radio options list.
Allows one to do ContentScale.Crop.scaledBy(1.5f) to take a crop scaling and just make it 50% bigger
