This adds support for dhcpcd(8) as a second dhcp client. dhclient has been deprecated by upstream. With this patch, ifupdown2 will prefer dhcpcd, falling back to dhclient if it cannot find the former. Signed-off-by: Christoph Heiss <c.heiss@proxmox.com>
