This PR introduces the User-Agent header to all snapshot requests(pre-snapshot and do-snapshot) to enhance observability and telemetry.
Including this header helps identify request sources, enables better monitoring, and supports diagnostic analysis across services.
No functional changes are introduced apart from the header addition.
