surpassing of HoC is incorrectly calculated

This line looks wrong: -16 for surpassing 800 hits-of-code: it's not clear why PR surpassed 800 HoC if it has only 542 HoC (see above). Looks like calculation bug.

Could you show me this code where this call occurs?
