Block Indent: version 2.1 differs from version 2.1 #41

Hello,
The Lua script downloaded from the PlugRing page has flags="DisableOutput" tags, the one here doesn't. Both say they are v2.1. (I noticed no other differences.)
Which one is correct? (I'm not yet familiar with the internals of FAR plugins.)
Please make sure the different files have different version IDs.
