Can't send notifications #830
Description
For some reason termux-api's termux-notification doesn't send a notification on my device because the "Device and app notifications" setting for it is turned off on my device and I can't turn it on because it says "Restricted setting: For your security, this setting is currently unavailable." and I can't find a way to get past it on Android 14 (my Android version)??? Please fix this. (also the specific permission you need in the AndroidManifest.xml is POST_NOTIFICATIONS and has to be requested at runtime)
