dev: Setup coding style enforcement to match upstream formatting #49
Description
nit: we should find a way to enforce a formatting style that is as closely matching the code style by spiral, so that:
- our AI tools no longer change formatting with each iteration
- changes in files that originate from upstream are both uniformly formatted and do not update lines of code that don't contain logic changes
But this is for another PR.
