Multiple output channels

Currently QPlayer only supports outputting on the first two channels of a given audio device. It could be useful to support devices with more than two channels, and allow cues to pick which channels they want to route to.

Supporting multiple audio devices at once could be interesting, although it might not be possible, and could be buggy,
