angular-http-server - command cannot access the config file

[tc-dev-git]

cmd: angular-http-server index.html --config configs/config.js

The config is at the root level in the configs folder.

Config file:

module.exports = {
  p: 4200,
  proxy: [{
    forward: ["api/"],
    target: "localhost:3000",
    protocol: "http",
  }],
};

The port number never changes to 4200.
Its always port 8080.

No errors in the terminal but seems like its not reading the config file.
