This GitHub contains the files for the exam at the NLP course at Aarhus University. The following files can be found:
Raw data files: Files cleaned by the author to make them compatible with the ALIGN package
Data folder: Files produces by the ALIGN script
prepare_transcripts_p3: Script from the ALIGN package to preprocess the data
calculate_alignment_p3: Script from the ALIGN package to calculate alignment
Alignment analysis 2: R-script containing used models
