FlushAgent opts question

There are only two options available for flush agent opts: log_level and retry_delay. But there are use-cases where it's necessary to modify other settings such as the Trigger options. Can we include more configurable options in the flush agent?

I think the answer to my question might be: submit a pull request to update these optional params.
