All caps LORD in KJV?

Hi, I'm working with your KJV and noticed that the all caps LORD are not tracking. Do you know when/where/how they were dropped, and is there any plan to get them back in? My printed KJV OT (Thomas Nelson) uses it, but what I built from your sources (sqllite) does not, and it doesn't seem to be an export issue on my side.
