Y26-078 - Should re-uploading a library manifest push data to MLWH iseq_flowcell table

The Data QC team correct tag data in Sequencescape LIMS by amending and re-uploading library manifests.
The data however remains unchanged in the MLWH iseq_flowcell table SR-56929
I can replicate this in production but not training as the message queues are not in place.

Is this the expected behaviour OR is this a bug?

The QC team have a workaround of:
Find batch in Sequencescape
Follow Edit batch link
Save batch

Comment from the QC team:

It is primarily the SSRs who deal with tag / manifest changes and having a brief discussion with some SSRs on site today, it does seem that we were under the impression that mlwh updates would be automatically triggered.

We were not aware of this being an issue previously, therefore is this likely to be a new bug?

Talk to NPG more about various scenarios:

e.g. what happens if the run has already been processed successfully, and then the tags get updated?
