Redundant code?

Hi Allen, I'm looking at

SimulationStudy/experiments/uniform_sampling_experiment/SimPaper2_AH.R

Line 69 in 0a58869

corOut = data.frame(predictor = NA, statistic = NA, model = NA, r = NA)

and wonder: why this second loop? Aren't the same values being calculated in the loop structure above?

Would like to keep it minimal to avoid confusion.

Ah, OK, I see, apparently you want the stuff here in long format ... OK, I'll have a look if we can somehow merge the two loop ideas.
