fix(next-iron-session): resolve caching issues in App Router examples

The App Router example routes (protected server and middleware) currently have 'TODO fix this' notes regarding Next.js caching behavior (force-dynamic).
The core library is stable, but these examples should be updated to demonstrate best practices for Next.js 16 caching.
