Installation needs to:

  1. Extract an EXE to an AppData folder
  2. Create a shortcut in the Startup folder in the Start Menu -OR-
  3. Create a normal Start Menu shortcut and register itself as a startup item in the Registry
  4. Launch itself

Not sure what software to use to best achieve that. Maybe Squirrel?
