Rich Text Editor

There is need for WYSIWYG editor similar to TinyMCE advanced variant or smthing like that. Currently there is very basic TextEditor in community.

The current editor, which we have to leave behind due to continuous development (using TEDI React) , is a fairly rich editor, such as this one:
