Support gradual updates

A cluster should be able to gradually upgrade to a newer version of:
- volumedriver
- alba

The idea is to integrate a slider to set the number of nodes or services to update daily (percentage wise). That way an update can be staggered over a couple of days/months.

This also means we'll have to cope with different versions of both components
