Installation Naming conventions

The name openHAB is only 7 characters but opensmarthouse is 14. That can make naming awkward. I am working on a Docker container ajs here are my ideas for discussion.

User could be smarthouse instead of openhab.
Installation for Docker volumes in /opt/opensmarthouse instead of /opt/openhab
Within the Docker container install in /opensmarthouse instead of /openhab
Environment variables like OPENHAB_CONF could become OSH_CONF

Please advise. I cannot seem to access the forum threads any longer.
