Hello, the plugin stopped working today.
I've been using it for a few years.
They tell me there's a problem with its functionality, so I can no longer use it.
Perhaps it needs an update?

Might be a Loupedeck or incompatibility issue caused by a Windows Update or similar.

Could you check if there are any logs available?

Should be in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Logi\LogiPluginService\Logs\plugin_logs\ or C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Loupedeck

What happens when you try to use it?
If it's just gone, it might be that you need to delete a file in plugin_crashes (instead of plugin_logs), if there is a file in there, it tells Loupedeck to ignore plugins.

If we don't find anything, I might need to create a small test app for you to check...
(right now I don't have any Loupedeck's available, so it would be better to test this first)
