Issues with the new screenshot feature

Hi!

I have seen a screenshot feature arrive at #11. It would be cool to have documented under which circumstances that feature is supported. My current understanding is that

• when -r is passed on the command line if SDL support was present at compile time and
• all the time if SDL support was missing at compile time.

Does that sound right?

Also, what's the idea behind doing a screenshot for any key pressed? How about limiting to the print key or so? And maybe printing a note to the terminal iff that key is going to do screenshots (see above).

It's a hack. The code probably belongs in CanvasBase rather than CanvasGLX. And yeah, it should be limited to a specific keypress.
