Need the ability to check if a user is a MAC member

As a MAC github moderator, I would like a way of checking if a user who is sending a PR a member of MAC.

Describe the solution you'd like
A solution would be to have a custom status checker that can automatically check if a user is part of MAC via a stored list of MAC member github usernames.
