'playwright-cli --extension open' does not play well with PLAYWRIGHT_MCP_EXTENSION_TOKEN

I get it the extension pop-up pulls double-duty. It asks to 'Allow' and shows the token/mcp config example AND it offers a tab selection, when cli/MCP is invoked with --extension.

I tried to specify the token in my env. Well now I cannot select a tab. It jumps straight to "MCP client "unknown" connected.", and no options whatsoever.

I'll remove the env var for now - easy fix.
I've never been bothered with having to click Allow, tried to provide the env var for fun. So there.
