The docs website is completely unreachable and there is no guide on how to run the website locally.

Please help and fix the docs website.

You can run the docs locally using PHP:

cd ~/your-git-folder
git clone https://github.com/louislam/redbean-node.git
php -S localhost:3333 -t ./docs

If you don't have PHP installed, you could prob use a docker one-liner to make this more portable. This one is close but apache doesn't have mod_rewrite enabled for some reason.

docker run -it --rm -p 3333:80 -v \"$PWD/docs\":/var/www/html php:8-apache

Thanks for the help. I tried the docker approach got the server running however, for some reason I could access the docs, I am getting an Internal Server Error seems the server is not properly configured.

Do you have any idea on how to go from here?

This person had the same issue and published a php-apache image with mod_rewrite enabled.

I had an issue where it was complaining about the Header command in the included .htaccess file. I just commented out that mod_rewrite rule.

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^ index.php [QSA,L]
