`libp2p-gossipsub 0.49.3` not visible within this Git repository

I've looked through the releases, tags, issues, pull requests, and commits across all branches and cannot find anything claiming to be the recently-released 0.49.3 version. This limits the justification for the release and the ability to review it. Could it be published here, please?
