deye_off_grid switch [feature request]

The solarman intergation provides the very useful feature due to pushing Deye inverter into ON/OFF-grid mode.
It would be great if you can add the same feature in your integration.

@kellerza I also found some missing sensors (most of them BMS related) for my Deye 3PH SG04LP3-EU some of which only exist for the 3-phase-HV-model and can be enabled via the ui (HA add-on) even though they also exist on the LV-model (Seplos BMS connected to the deye via CAN).

Luckily everything can be integrated quite easily through mysensors.py.

So @olektu2204 just add this line SwitchRWSensor(179, "Off Grid Mode Active", on=1 << 0, bitmask=1 << 0), (or use the snippet below and comment-out the rest).

You mentioned HA Add-on UI, but I use a docker setup.
