Merge with other gems

Have you considered merging with either of these two gems?

- https://github.com/emancu/toml-rb
- https://github.com/fbernier/tomlrb

This gem name is better (shorter), but their projects seem to be more up to date.

Generally, I think many open source projects would benefit from joining forces. That way peoples efforts aren't dispersed.
