Use with Php in Windows

Hello,

My current environment is bitnami wamp (php8) in Windows 10. I am following the instructions in the readme but I don't know what to expect since there is no clearly documented support for windows. All requests per the readme echo the following to the console.

../ixnode/php-vault/bin/php-vault

What can this mean?
Is windows supported?
Any advise regarding use in windows will be much appreciated, thanks
