Can I store large files upto 1 Gb like mp4. can it decrypt it on the fly?

Large files will take quite a while to encrypt/decrypt. It is better to split it up into smaller files and decrypt/encrypt the smaller files.
If it can happen depends highly on hardware, but 1 GB might not work on quite a few devices AFAIK.

Thanks for the reply, Can you help me how to play a encrypted file in a media player. ENcrypted file can be in chunks. But how to know which chunk need to decrypt if user skip 1 minute video?

If your player supports it, you can split it up into smaller chunks. total_duration / chunks would give you the duration of each chunk. I would also always load the next chunk. If a user skips the video, you can calculate which chunks should be loaded.
However, I don't know if players support playing in chunks. The alternative would be to split in chunks and then load each chunk and stitch them back together before playing.

And how I would know which chunk is played by video player and which if user skip some of video now which chunk I have to provide to video player? I do not think there is any video player which support chunked video. It is storage behind the scene which have chunked video parts but it represent it as one file to video player.
