What do you think needs to be updated?
The contributing page mentions that the IBM Cloud API Handbook is open source, but no license is provided. I would like to be able to re-use these best practice and the corresponding OpenAPI validator, but there are some IBM specific sections, such as Authorization, and some specific markdown markup which aren't compatible with my needs.
Is it the intention that this handbook is open to contribution but not for copying and modification? If it is open to copying and modification, could a license be added to this repository to make it clear that I can re-use this work to derive my own handbook?
