Dependency required to added manually ( angular-sanitize, lodash)

Please also mention to add lib angular-sanitize, lodash as md-data-table is dependent on it based on error i found while setup.

Yea, I second that.. they should have mention this. I dont know how their examples on code-pen is working without adding sanitize and lodash as the dependency.

angular-sanitize & angular-material-icons & lodash are not mentioned as dependencies in ReadMe. please add them, if you are getting, Uncaught Error: [$injector:modulerr]
error.
