max_count is confusing

IMO max_count in AllStrings/AllMatches should be renamed max_repeat, gradually of course, by introducing a new kwarg max_repeat and deprecating use of max_count.

I think I may have another approach to deprecation that I am working on, which would be more useful and cleaner. Not 100% sure yet.

I support a plan to rename to max_repeat. Seems straightforward.
