Run and event types for calibration events

Check / fix / confirm that run and event types are set correctly for flasher, illuminator, pedestal events.

Note the direct inject flasher runs are writing the flasher events into a CalibrationEvent[2028](type=3), while full simulations write a regular array event (easiest to print the differences with the eventio_print_structure tool).
