Docker files have been moved to the simtools: https://github.com/gammasim/simtools/tree/main/docker

This makes this container repository obsolete and we decided to archive it.

Thinks to do (be)for archiving:

• merge PR Fix prod and dev container after recent updates to pyproject.toml #49
• review remaining issues and move if necessary to simtools
• add one final release of 0.5.0 (this way we have it also on Zenodo; just to be absolutely clean)
• archive this repository.
