coreNotifierThrottleDurationProvider and battery impact #299
Description
In a big project I have identified that the default Duration 0 for coreNotifierThrottleDurationProvider leads to crazy consumption of battery. I suggest changing the default value or warning the users about this in documentation. f.e. 120ms helped me tremendously.
