TODO: improve developer (and user) experience

The "DX" right now is not great. Should list pain points here. One big one is about debugging procedures running in Fixpoint. Even having a "fixpoint_debug_pause()" API function exposed to Wasm would probably be helpful. (Could insert it in the code and then break there in a debugger.)
