phpMyAdmin link broken in provision.sh #15
Description
The link in provision.sh for the default phpMyAdmin install doesn't seem to exists anymore on Sourceforge - http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpmyadmin/files/phpMyAdmin/4.0.10/phpMyAdmin-4.0.10-all-languages.tar.gz/download. Nothing gets installed.
Might be better to use the Git hosted version - https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/archive/RELEASE_4_0_10.tar.gz
