Add upgrade instructions to the How to install SysON? section of the docs

Dear SysON team

Please add upgrade instructions for the Basic Local Test Setup to the docs.

I have been running docker compose up every time a new version is released, but this creates a new postgre database that I don't want. Up until now, this hasn't been a problem because I've only been experimenting, and replacing the old database wasn't an issue. Now I have a model that I would like to keep.

I tried downloading the sysml model from 2025.2.4 and uploading it again to 2025.4.0 but this hasn't worked. It never progresses beyond the upload screen. So now I am stuck on 2025.2.4 until I can find a way to take the model with to the new version.

Please help.

I've just tried to do a docker compose up on a v2025.1.0 of SysON, then update the docker-compose.yml file to v2025.4.0 and it works on my side. No new database is created, the projects are there and can be opened.

Can you describe very precisely the steps you do to get into this situation?

For the download/upload, did you try to download/upload a whole project as a zip file? Or a textual model?

Ok, this does work as you describe - as long as I run docker compose from the same folder from which the database was originally installed. When I put the docker-compose file in a different location, then a completely new container is spun up, including a new instance of postgres.
