Describe the error and the update needed:
Currently it says

From OpenJDK 25 onwards, extended HCR will not be supported. Following that, the extended HCR support will be removed from other earlier OpenJDK versions also.

We didn't get to it in time for JDK25, so it should say JDK29

@tajila - Should we inform the users about this change in the What's new in 0.58.0 release topic as well? Maybe in 0.55.0 release What's new topic (when JDK 25 support was added)?

I think we can just update the doc topic and the original notes where we stated it would be removed in jdk25. We don't need to make an announcement that extended HCR support is extended.
