Feature request: Automatically transform rule paths references in rules, commands, etc

Is there anyway to transform path references in rules to the corresponding paths in the generated rules?

For example if I mention [example.md](.rulesync/rules/example.md) or @.rulesync/rules/example.md in a rule I want to convert it to something like [example.md](.claude/rules/example.md) or @.claude/rules/example.md correspondingly in the generated rule.

@stevezhu Sorry for the late reply. In my opinion, if you use a recent SOTA model, the AI agent can handle those differences in notation properly, so it won’t be an issue.
