[Feature request] Support `opencode.jsonc`

Opencode supports both `opencode.json` and `opencode.jsonc` files.
We currently support only `opencode.json`:
- Import read only `opencode.json`
- Generate creates `opencode.json` next to `opencode.jsonc` instead of updating `opencode.jsonc` if it exists

We should support both file formats.
