Support prerelease version types #14
Description
This isn't a current priority — compatibility with the "semver standard" isn't a goal of this project , and personally I find them more confusing than beneficial — but I'm sure some folks will want support for extended version info e.g. 1.2.3-alpha. Please indicate support with emoji reactions!
