bin/shutdown.sh writes elapsed times that don't match reality

it's a minor thing, but just for info: The "minutes elapsed times that shutdown.sh writes are 6 times the actual value.
That script I think comes from https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:ZeLonewolf/Overpass_Installation_Guide#Configure_Launch_Scripts , but that was linked to in #774 so I guess is "official".
