Media import improvements

We had a student import a 200+ MB (after base64 encode?) audio file, which makes the project file huge and caused some lag. Ideally we would convert to MP3 or similar to reduce the size, but this needs to not be platform-dependent. Not sure if images are converted/compressed automatically but they probably should be as well.

Warning before a huge import could be a nice QOL feature, too.
