Need to be able to somehow configure WPM output of messages

Message output speed (WPM or whatever unit) should be controllable through the interface. This value perhaps then comes in with transmissions, so that a user can specify how quickly messages play in the web interface. Obviously this could be ignored if the output device chooses.

This might still be done at some point, but I'm not 100% sure that this isn't something that should primarily be dependent on your device/playback mechanism. At the end of the day sending real "times" back with messages seems slightly pointless as the playback mechanism will end up having to figure out what to do itself 9/10 times, and it's probably a lot easier to leave this somewhat device agnostic.
