Background
The documentation for using the Iceberg CLI only consists of some basic information on the available commands, but doesn't include anything about installing dependencies, building, testing, using the CLI in practice, etc.
Documentation to add/improve
- Getting Started (cloning project, building, testing, installing Visual Studio DGML viewer, etc.)
- Overall Design of the Iceberg CLI
- Command Documentation (with examples)
