Describe the bug
When using 'Create a new Databricks Project' option from the extension, when it gets to the TUI for selecting a template, arrow keys do not work to scroll up/down through the options. Keyboard textual input and filtering does work.
A guess says it may be related to this issue? databricks/cli#4481

To Reproduce

1. Without a folder already open in the VS Code workspace (might be an issue even if one is open?) use the 'Create a new Databricks Project' option from the extension.
2. Authenticate using a Databricks CLI profile.
3. Once the template selection menu opens, the arrow keys do not move the selection up or down.
