Decrypt9WIP Doesn't Open #192
Description
I can't get arm9launcherhax to work, so the easiest way for me to utilize decrypt9 is to boot it through Smealum's Homebrew Launcher. It appears as it should when my apps and folders are listed, but when I go to boot decrypt9WIP, it shows a black screen briefly then takes me to the 3ds home menu. This is also the reason I can't get arm9launcherhax to work, basically, I somehow did something that's screwing with the Homebrew Launcher that I don't know how to fix. But what's happening apparently isn't common as I have seen my issue appear nowhere else on any forum thread. Not even GBATemp, and that website solves any problem you could possibly think of. Please rescue me.
